My day at Uni

>> Wednesday, November 11, 2009

Hello World!

Like most Wednesday kinda a nice day for me as its the day I went to university and I meet my friends  LOL

Well today was kinda more special as my BF finally graduate…before I write about it wanna share another nice surprise I got LOL

When I returned home got a surprise I got a letter from my college friend…

you might think weird in this modern time but I always told my pals(with whom I exchange letters) to always send letters even we have a mobile, there is email, telephone etc cos I always think its nicer when you got a letter that you can touch and feel (know can print email LOL but its different) and especially when its handwritten that the person has cared to find some time for you to write a letter and more thrilled when you got a personal letter apart from the usual billings you always received….it was just great :- )..

upon receiving a letter I always put it in my small box (my memory collection LOL)…its always great when you opened the box and travelled back in time reading again those letters :- )

Well we were at my BF graduation,

Was so happy and proud that he finally graduated cos he deserved it….he hadn’t only study very hard for it but also had worked to pay the tuition fees so hat off to him and to all those people who have graduated today who are married, have a work and family but still find time to study or people who had to work at night or day to pay for the university fees, think the graduation day is their day and they deserve this reward

I never understand people who regard graduation day as useless (except for the glittering clothes some put LOL) cos firstly its only the day you can some 5 mins of glory when you received the fake degree LOL and everyone watching it and you then feel proud that you have done it…know many people who don’t go…even know studies don’t stop here

But this event is also the day of the parents who have been paying your fees and think its also a matter of mummy and daddy pride to attend this event seeing you receiving your reward… I always watched the facial expressions of the parents where you can see the happiness and pride that their kid has achieved…

I wanna write something about my uni friends…

Its forth year at uni (hopefully the last LOL) and am kinda sad cos these years I had spent were wonderful even there were so many up-and-down… I was lucky to have such a class where you can gossip LOL am jokin hahaha but I met wonderful people and have made great pals with whom I shared many amazing moments the little secrets, sorrows and happiness we share and I learned so many things with them…one is 10 years older than me, already married with a kid, but the things I learned, the advices you got from their experiences…think I was lucky to meet such people

What was also marvelous about my class is that most of us are working and we can understand each other frustration with the case of the boss LOL….i always remembered my days I used to work in Port Louis and my 3 pals were working there too…our lecture started at 13.00…I left office then at noon (very rarely LOL) or 12.30…then had to rushed to the bus station…there my pals would also be late LOL had to wait for them…then from port Louis to reduit we would laughed, sometimes vent out work frustration and discussed about our work problems LOl…

Or when we would meet at noon to discuss our assignment (2 days before its due LOL) in the little garden at la rue St Georges or the day we preferred to go to KFC rather than to lecture….LOL

So many other good memories to tell….maybe next time :)

But the person who has always remained by my side despite my so many bad sides and imperfection is Jade…there are no words to say how grateful and how blessed I am to have such a good pal whom I know from Form 1 to now (LOL wonder how she stand me hahaha)…thanks Jade (if ever you reading this post LOL)

Today when I was waiting with my pal for my BF, we were thinking and talking about our graduation LOL…both of us are skinny and wondered how we will looked with the outfit LOL…hopefully next year it will be our turn….

Hope you too had a nice day
