>> Sunday, November 28, 2010
Hello World!
Featuring today on my blog will be about my visit to Casela Nature & Leisure Park… a place bringing a touch of Africa to Mauritius…
Crested on the beautiful western coast of the island near Cascavelle, Casela is lodged near the foot of Mountain du Rempart…
vision of exotic fauna & flora, the place is painted with the natural beauty of its surrounding… open invitation to discover the splendor of the panoramic view of Tamarin & Flic en Flac beach from the far horizon…
A horde of bougainvillea will be the welcoming hostess…their bright colors alluring the landscape…
with the crescendo music of the fountain water….
The song of the peacock will greet you as you enter their kingdom…where the animal cages will melt in the dense and greenery vegetation…
A discovery of different species of birds & animals …more colorful and amazing as you move forward….
What is really enchanting is to witness the arrogant move of the peacocks…moving freely around the park…so proud…roaming as if they were the king or queen of the park….their strident cries will echo the place…
Their favorite place is to nest at far top of the cages or on the top of the tall trees….
Leaving the arena of the birds…will be the restaurant with a 360 degree panoramic view of Tamarin & Flic en Flac & of the park…the summer breeze will carry the echoing shout of the fauna adding a magical touch to the scenery…
With the liberty to enter some reserve areas…animals such as zebras, ostriches, lions and deers can be approached at certain conditions…
Going beyond the cage…result into an incredible experience to come in the natural elements of those animals…
